Christin Allen

Christin has lived in California most of her life. She attended Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, where she received the Earl Warren Scholarship.

She has been a practicing attorney, exclusively in the field of Workers Compensation Defense, since 2003. She has represented self-insureds, and insurance companies. She has extensive experience with public entity clients, including the County of Los Angeles, and the City of Los Angeles.

She focuses on customer service to her clients, and handles files from their opening through ultimate closure, whether through settlement or trial. She has participated in numerous trials on all issues including entitlement to TTD, penalties, and permanent disability, and has represented clients at many physician cross examinations.

When not at work, she enjoys Duran Duran concerts, spending time with her husband, Erik, and their three cats.
