Margarita has specialized in all aspects of workers’ compensation defense for over 15 years . She has experience working in-house counsel with two of the largest insurance companies, Liberty Mutual Insurance and Farmers Insurance, and has the knowledge to use that experience to advocate effectively for her clients in the most cost effective and time efficient manner necessary. She is a graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara for her undergraduate degree, and Southwestern Law School for her law degree.

Margarita resides in Encino, CA with her husbands, two daughters, and their mini schnauzer.
